Preparation
- In a saucepan, bring 2 l of water and the stock cube to a boil, then immerse the bags of lentils in it. Reduce the boil, cook for 11 minutes.
- Meanwhile, brown the finely chopped shallots and onion in oil in a pan for 5 minutes over low heat, as well as the finely chopped leek.
- Wash the mushrooms in lemon water and cut them into strips.
- Add them to the pan as well as the bacon and cook for 3 minutes over low heat.
- After cooking, remove the bags of lentils with a fork and let drain for 30 seconds. Add the lentils to the pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Season to your liking and sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
