Rimac Nevera of 2 million euros is severely mistreated on the unpaved
The Rimac Nevera that you see here is 95 percent as good and as beautiful as the copies for the customers who pay 2 million euros. And that’s not pretty enough. Therefore, this pre-production copy of the Nevera is sent to the afterlife by propped it head-on against a wall. Twice even. Rimac records the result of the collision, so it officially counts as science. And if it has to break, why not have some fun with it first?
That’s why Rimac boss Mate gets into this Nevera to scrub him through the woods and over the construction site of the new Rimac headquarters. This is something most customers will not do with their electric hypercar. Incidentally, it is not that bad what he does with the Nevera – all wheels remain on the ground. He is not allowed to write off completely, because then the crash test results would probably no longer be valid.
The spec of the electric Nevera
The Rimac Nevera is a fully electric hypercar. In each wheel is an electric motor, which together are good for 1,914 hp and 2,360 Nm. The sprint from 0 to 96 km/h (60 mph) takes 1.85 seconds. The quarter mile time is 8.6 seconds. The top speed of the Rimac Nevera is 412 km/h. The battery measures 120 kWh, good for a range of 550 kilometers. By the way, it weighs 2,150 kilos. Rimac wants to build 150 units.
