For the start of the school year, Renault is cleaning up its range with the elimination of certain finishes. This is the case for the Zoé, which is reducing its offer with the discontinuation of the intermediate Zen finish and the high-end limited series Exception. The Intens livery drops its prices by 100 €.
At 1er September, the Renault range changes slightly with the discontinuation of certain versions or the arrival of new limited series. This is the case of the Clio, which receives an unprecedented Lutecia special series. For the Zoe, Renault is rather going the opposite way: the electric city car sees its offer reduced for the start of the school year. It has only been available for full purchase since the start of 2021, the battery rental system having disappeared from the offer. So she is always accessible from € 32,500 (excluding ecological bonus of € 6,000) in the entry-level Life finish, which does not change. This access version had already received some changes in spring 2021, including the removal of the standard touch multimedia system.

The Zen finish removed from the catalog
On the other hand, the Zen top finish, which was displayed from € 34,200 in the R110 variant, disappears from the catalog. This properly equipped intermediate finish was also available in the more powerful variant R135, which allowed it to post an entry price of € 34,800 (excluding bonus). The end of the Zen finish therefore automatically increases the prices of the Zoe R135, since the only proposal is now the high-end version of Intens.
To counter this effect, Renault slightly lower the prices of the Zoe Intens, with 100 € less for each version. It therefore goes to 36 € 100 in R110 version and € 36,700 in R135.
The special series Exception stopped
This new school year also marks the end of the special Exception series, which was only available on the R135 variant of the Zoe. Also called Riviera or Grand Large depending on the market, it represented the top of the range of the electric city car with its rich endowment: interior in light gray or midnight blue leather, Specific diamond rims, wooden inserts, unique Nocturne Blue color …
