Winter feast
Ingredients

½ pumpkin

1 onion

2 teaspoons curry

1 tablespoon oil

½ vegetable stock tablet

150 grams smoked chicken breast

Piece of leek

Nutmeg

1 brown ciabatta bread

50 grams of soft goat cheese
Preparation
- Cut the flesh of the pumpkin piece into cubes.
- Clean the onion and cut it small.
- Fry the onion with the curry in the oil until golden.
- Add the pumpkin with the vegetable stock. Bring this to a boil and cook the soup for 20 minutes.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
- Puree the pumpkin mass with a stick blender or in a food processor.
- Stir in the chicken breast.
- Bring the soup back to the boil and season with leek rings, pepper and some nutmeg.
- Cut the ciabatta bread lengthwise and cut the halves into pieces.
- Brush the cut side of the bread with the goat cheese. Place the bread under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese starts to brown.
- Sprinkle some thyme over it.
- Serve the crostini with the soup.
