She was arrested on September 21, 2016, and tried for a fraud at the Primary Health Insurance Fund (CPAM) of the Rhône. The amount of damage is estimated at 2.2 million euros. The 48-year-old practitioner received undue reimbursements from Social Security for two years. For this, she amended the prescriptions of her clients. Abnormal increase in turnover

She was sentenced at first instance to 5 years in prison. The Advocate General requested on appeal six years, two of which were suspended. Thursday April 5, the Lyon Court of Appeal reduced the sentence to 3 years in prison and a fine of nearly 1 million euros.
