Peugeot 308 SW (2022) price. Prices and range of the new station wagon

Three weeks after the prices of the sedan, Peugeot unveils those of the new 308 SW station wagon: they ask for an additional cost of € 1,000.

Even if its arrival is not expected among the first customers until early 2022, the new 308 SW is already unveiling its prices. As we had envisaged, the additional cost amounts to 1000 € compared to the sedan. The range starts at € 25,800 and can cross the € 45,000 mark in a plug-in hybrid.

[Mis à jour le 13/07/2021] Peugeot is wasting no time. Three weeks after unveiling the prices of its new 308, the Lion reveals the prices of its break version. But, on the client side, it will take more patience. The first deliveries of this variant are not expected until early 2022, while those of the sedan will begin in October. As usual, there will also be a small financial extension to plan. The additional cost of this more family-friendly bodywork now amounts to € 1,000, instead of 950 € on the previous generation.

A starting price of € 25,800

peugeot 308 sw 2021 prices — The prices for this compact station wagon are now between € 25,800 for the entry-level PureTech 110 petrol and € 45,900 for the PHEV 225 in GT Pack finish.

This brings the entry ticket to € 25,800 with the PureTech 110 three-cylinder petrol engine associated with a manual gearbox, a small increase of € 200 compared to the end of its predecessor’s career. The other end of the range is taken up by plug-in hybrid versions, a technology that is always expensive. Count 37,800 € minimum for the “small” PHEV 180 and even 44,300 € for the PHEV 225, only available on the top GT and GT Pack trims. To make matters worse, the ecological bonus has just fallen to € 1,000 on the 1st^er July. It should even be reserved for electric or hydrogen cars only from 1^er January 2022. Be careful, therefore, not to order too late.

The BlueHDi 130, the only survivor in diesel, is for its part displayed at € 29,700 with a manual gearbox. This represents a difference of € 2,500 with the PureTech 130 petrol, which should reserve diesel for very large drivers and companies. These two engines are also available with the EAT8 automatic transmission for an additional € 2,000. The PureTech 110 is thus the only one not to be able to take advantage of it, while it is imposed on the two plug-in hybrid variants.

But, in addition to its more generous exterior and interior dimensions, the station wagon is still entitled to some specificities : bench folding in three parts from the trunk, roof bars from GT finish, hands-free motorized tailgate on the top-of-the-range GT Pack…
