1 red onion

2 beef tomatoes

50 grams of green olives

400 grams redfish fillet

100 grams of parmesan cheese

Fresh basil

1 head of lettuce
Preparation
Prepare pasta according to the instructions for use. Clean and chop onion. Wash beef tomatoes and cut into wedges. Cut olives into slices. Cut fish fillet into small strips.
Heat oil and sauté the onion, add tomato and olives, add fish and heat through. Add the basil at the end and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Serve with a green salad.
