Ingredients

(pandan) rice or multigrain rice

handful of dried black mushrooms from the store (mouse ears)

1 bush bok choy

bowl of mushrooms

sunflower oil

2 to 3 tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce from the toko (made from oyster mushrooms. Also sold as ‘vegetarian stir fry sauce’)

2 to 3 tablespoons sweet or salty soy sauce
Preparation
Prepare the rice according to the package. Soak the mouse ears in lukewarm water. Cut the pak choi into pieces and the mushrooms into slices. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the mushrooms over high heat. Add the pak choi and when it has all shrunk, add the vegetarian oyster sauce. Keep stirring and add the soy sauce to taste. Rinse the mouse ears, cut them and add them to the stir-fry mixture. Heat some more.
Serve everything with the rice.
