Ingredients

75 grams of oatmeal

75 grams of buckwheat flour

1 egg

180 milliliters milk

2 apples
-
2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

pinch of salt
Preparation
- Peel the apple and cut it into thin wedges.
- Grind the oats in a food processor (you can also use oat flour) and add the buckwheat flour and salt.
- Add the egg and milk and mix everything until smooth.
- Add the baking powder.
- Heat a little butter or olive oil in a frying pan.
- Place a few apple wedges in the pan and add batter. (You can also fry the apple wedges separately and use them – with some raisins – as a garnish.)
- Fry the apple pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
- Garnish with cinnamon and possibly some honey.
