200 grams oatmeal (flakes)

100 grams coconut flour

2 full cups grated coconut (unsweetened)

6 tablespoons of honey

1.5 tbsp cinnamon

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

4 eggs

little butter
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix with all ingredients in the food processor.
- Grease a cake tin with the butter and pour the batter into it.
- Evenly distribute the batter and place in the oven for 45 minutes until the bread is golden brown or a skewer comes out clean.
