I’m not sure if I can cum. Very vaguely my vagina contracts a few times, but that’s really just a little and lasts about 10 seconds. Shouldn’t it be much more intense? Just before I get to that point, I leak urine. On the internet I read that there is nothing you can do about it and that you can reduce it by training your pelvic floor muscles. What is true?

If you’re not sure whether or not you’ve had an orgasm, you probably haven’t. When you get an orgasm you can’t ignore it. You feel that. An orgasm is a release of sexual tension in your body.
For some it is a very intense experience where it is felt throughout the body, for others it is a very fleeting feeling. During an orgasm, the body takes over for a while. You can’t go back and let it come over you. If you strong pelvic floor muscles you can make the orgasm more intense.
Pelvic physiotherapist
Regarding your second question: also with unwanted urine loss it is advisable to train these muscles. I think it is advisable that you go to a specialized pelvic physiotherapist and ask whether pelvic floor re-education can solve the problem. This physiotherapist can teach you targeted exercises.
Do you also have a question? Then ask one of our experts. Always go to your doctor with urgent questions, the experts are not the right person for that. They also do not diagnose. You can find the other conditions here.
