A program full of color and flavor
Joel legendre is back as the official spokesperson for the event for a 6th year. He will host the Montreal Healthy Cooking Amateur Championship where the chosen candidates will have 45 minutes to concoct an eco-gastronomic recipe and thus convince a jury of their culinary talents of 3 recognized personalities in the world of food. In order to help Joël to promote the Expo, 3 guests of honor will be at the rendezvous to the delight of visitors: Laura Waridel, renowned eco-sociologist, Anne-Marie Roy, seasoned nutritionist and pharmacist Jean-Yves Dionne, expert in natural health products. We also have an impressive list of guests, including Mylène Paquette, Philippe & Ethné de Vienne, Karine Champagne, Hélène Baribeau, Marilou, Jonathan Garnier, Jacynthe René, Marie Provost and many others, who will perform on one of the 3 stages educational.
