4 steaks of about 100 grams each

2 tablespoons olive oil

400 grams of mixed salad

2 ripe avocados

half cucumber

half an onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon grated horseradish (jar)

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar

1 tablespoon mustard
Preparation
Spread the Worcestershire sauce over the steak. Then sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sear the steaks. Each side takes about two minutes. Remove them from the pan and let the steaks cool. Divide the garlic over the steaks.
Cut the avocados lengthwise, remove the pit and remove the flesh from the skin with a spoon. Then cut the flesh into small pieces. First cut the cucumber into slices and then into small pieces. Mix the avocado, onion and cucumber through the salad. Mix the horseradish, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard together. Then season it all with salt and pepper. Mix most of it well into the salad. Keep about 1 tablespoon aside.
Divide the salad among four plates. Divide the steak into equal pieces and place on top of the salad. Drizzle the steaks with the rest of the dressing.
