Preperation
Preheat your oven to 210 ° C.
Prepare TIPIAK Gourmet Cereals as indicated on the package.
While the Cereals are swelling, cut the pepper into strips and cut the Maroilles into small cubes.
Heat the crème fraîche over low heat, then add the Maroilles cheese and the chopped chives.
Mix until a smooth cream is obtained.
Incorporate the TIPIAK Gourmet Cereals into the cream / cheese mixture.
Distribute the mixture in the bottom of 4 mini-casseroles.
Crack an egg on top of each of the mini casseroles.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Trick :
To travel from one terroir to another, you can replace Maroilles with Munster or Reblochon.
