The Mercedes EQE is available to order in France from €79,300. This 4.95 m long electric sedan starts with two finishes for a single engine. Other versions are already announced.
Just over six months after the presentation of the EQE at the 2021 Munich Motor Show, Mercedes is marketing this “little sister” of the EQS. Initially, this 100% electric alternative to the E-Class is only offered in France with the 350+ powertrain, i.e. a single engine on the rear axle to which it sends 292 hp and 565 Nm and a 90 kWh battery providing a range of 645 km in the WLTP combined cycle.
One engine and two finishes to start
Two finishes are offered for the EQE in the hexagon. The one that provides the entry level is called Electric Art and asks for 79,300 €, a price that prevents it from benefiting from any ecological bonus. The Tesla Model S being temporarily unavailable to order, the BMW i4 being in the lower segment in terms of dimensions, and the Porsche Taycan and Audi e-tron GT boxing in another category against the clock, the latest from the manufacturer à l’étoile benefits from the absence of direct competition for its launch.
The equipment of the Mercedes EQE
The standard equipment of the Mercedes EQE includes:

Second finish proposed, the AMG Line configuration can be recognized by its more aggressive shields completed by dark-tinted windows as well as a steering wheel and “sports” seats in Nappa leather. It is displayed at €83,150. The air suspension and the panoramic sunroof remain optional, as the head-up display among others. The Hyperscreen triple screen is not yet offered. The offer should expand quickly. Our German neighbors are also entitled to the EQE 43 of 476 ch signed AMG, which is not yet available in our regions. And a 53 variant offering up to 687 hp has also been announced.
