Since the release of the film Barbie in July 2023, actress Margot Robbie personifies the iconic favorite doll of children. With her long blond hair, her big Hollywood smile and her candy pink wardrobe, the 33-year-old Australian is now on the front page of all the magazines!
In the film, Margot Robbie obviously displays a perfect figure, worthy of the legendary Barbie. A surreal physique that the actress managed to obtain thanks to a specific diet, sustained physical activity and… a good genetic heritage!
A balanced diet and some superfoods
You did see Barbie in the cinema and you would like to have the same silhouette as Margot Robbie? Good news: Jasmina Vico, the actress’s coach (who specializes in dermatology and micronutrition) shared some of the star’s tips with our colleagues from Eat This, Not That!.
In the nutrition section, we essentially find common sense advice: favor “home-made” as much as possible and avoid ultra-processed products (which are often too fatty, too sweet and/or too salty), pay attention to the frustration (which only leads to food cravings, devastating for the silhouette and for morale) and eating fruits and vegetables at will (small red fruits rich in antioxidants, in particular).
But for the purposes of the role, Margot Robbie has also discovered some superfoods that are as beneficial for health as for the line: udon noodles, milk thistle infusion, kefir… Enough to give us ideas for our next meals!
