
A delicious macaroni dish that does not require an oven.
Ingredients

1 red onion

1 fennel

1 zucchini

150 grams whole wheat macaroni

150 grams of ham steak

2 tablespoons liquid margarine

1 teaspoon Provencal herbs

pepper

paprika powder

2 tablespoons grated mature 30+ cheese
Preparation
- Clean the vegetables. Cut the onion into shreds, the fennel into strips and the zucchini into cubes.
- Cut the meat into thin strips.
- Cook the macaroni in plenty of water according to the instructions on the package.
- Brown the meat in the margarine. Add the onion.
- Add the rest of the vegetables with pepper, the Provencal herbs and paprika powder. Stew the vegetables and meat for 10 minutes.
- Mix the drained macaroni with the vegetables and heat through.
- Add the grated cheese.
