A cozy restaurant pushes people to eat more fat
The study, carried out by marketing researchers and not nutritionists at all, reveals that the brighter a restaurant, the more customers choose “healthy” foods: fish, vegetables, etc. when the atmosphere is cozy, the light is subdued, they choose dishes that are much more invigorating and fatty!

The difference is not at all anecdotal. According to the study, carried out by studying the restaurant ratings of 160 customers who went through 4 different types of restaurant, the result is striking: 39%! In other words, if you order in a dark restaurant, you consume 39% more calories than if you order and consume in a bright restaurant.
