Take a behind-the-scenes look at the filming of a chase of the next James Bond featuring two Range Rover Sport SVRs. The streak doesn’t end for the best for the mighty British SUV.
The new Defender won’t be the only Land Rover model seen in To die can wait, 25e and the next official feature film in the James Bond saga. The Range Rover Sport SVR will also be in the spotlight, two examples of the most powerful SUV of the brand appearing in a chase that promises to be spectacular.

The SVR goes up in the air
Land Rover has just published a video allowing us to take a look behind the scenes of the sequence in question. The chase was orchestrated by Chris Corbould, previously award-winning Special Effects Manager for his work on Inception and Star wars vii among others.
In the scene in question, 007 is being chased by the two SVRs on country trails. The 575 hp of the supercharged V8 was therefore not too much. Land Rover vs. Aston Martin
According to Land Rover, the Range Rover Defender Sport SVRs were fitted with their standard suspension. In addition, their configuration combining Eyger gray color, 22-inch Narvik black rims and carbon pack can be reproduced by customers. In the movie, a first generation Range Rover as well as a Land Rover Series 3 (Defender predecessor) will also be visible, as will several Aston Martin models. To die can wait is due out in France on October 6, 2021.
