With the main objective of promoting a positive entry of young people into sexuality. To achieve this important step in the lives of young people, the site has commissioned two superheroes, Fantastic Capote and Wonder Capote, to come to the rescue of 14-18 year olds. They have two credos: protection against sexually transmitted infections and prevention of unintended pregnancies.
Answer questions from teens … and their parents

Created by the Institute in 2009 and enriched in 2012, OnSexprime.fr provides reliable and scientifically validated answers to questions that adolescents may ask themselves. Developed in collaboration with health professionals and members of associations, the site addresses sexuality in a global and positive way via videos, testimonials, professional advice, a Facebook page or even a Youtube channel on which adolescents can discover the PuceauX web series, telling the story of two teenagers who are preparing for their first time.
An interactive tool to learn how to put on a condom
In addition, the site insists on the fact that a condom well put on is an effective condom against HIV, and other sexually transmitted infections (such as chlamydiae). It is also a means of contraception, specifies the Institute.
What precautions to open it? How to put it? How to remove it? To answer all these questions for 14-18 year olds, Inpes has decided to give its site a new lease of life by launching on July 1, the first interactive instructions for use of the male and female condom on Onsexprime.fr. Using the mouse, the Internet user simulates the gesture of each of the main stages of proper condom use using explicit (and offbeat) drawings.
Fantastic Capote and Wonder Capote, two superheroes on a mission
Finally, as of today, the site wants to further encourage 14-18 year olds to use condoms and to consult their instructions for use. Still with the aim of preventing sexually transmitted infections, Inpes has created a video clip in the form of animation borrowing the codes of superheroes. It therefore features Fantastic Capote and Wonder Capote, who accomplish their mission of protection by delivering prevention messages and helping young people to make the right decision.
In 2013, the site received over 300,000 unique visits and the Facebook page has nearly 55,000 fans.
