Ingredients

400 grams haddock fillets (frozen)

1 small onion

1 box of fine mushrooms of 125 grams

20 sprigs of chives

25 grams diet margarine

1 can curry soup

1 cup demi creme fraiche (125 ml)

1 dl milk

100 grams Norwegian shrimps (frozen)

Pepper

Paper towel

200 grams white rice, prepared according to instructions

600 grams of boiled carrots
Preparation
Thaw haddock fillets for approx. 2 hours. Cut into cubes of approx. 3 cm with a sharp knife. Peel and chop onion. Wipe mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Chop the chives finely in a cup.
Heat a pan with margarine. Gently fry the onion and mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Add soup, crème frache and milk. Bring to the boil while stirring gently. Stir in pieces of fish and shrimp. With the lid on the pan, let it simmer for about 6 minutes. Season with pepper. Transfer to scale. Sprinkle with chives.
Serve with rice and carrots.
