If you don’t find what you’re looking for in PhotoDemon elsewhere on these pages, you can always go to another free photo editor and drawing program that listens to the name LazPaint. In LazPaint you will find a similar collection of photo tools, but the program also offers a lot more fun. There’s a nice collection of drawing tools, you can create 3D buttons, there’s a grid with which you can distort images (nice for making caricatures), and you can mix layers in all kinds of ways.
