Some game concepts are so simple you’ll wonder why no one ever thought of them before. That is certainly the case with A Hollow Doorway. In this game you have to rotate concentric shapes in such a way that they have more or less the same orientation as their predecessor and therefore do not touch each other, only then can you pass through them. This initially provides a Zen-like experience because it seems as if you are flying through an endless tunnel. However, the relaxation turns into effort when the shapes become more erratic and come at you at an increasing pace. Then suddenly it’s all hands on deck!
