500 grams of potatoes

1 (red) onion

1 can of tuna in water

1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

2 sprigs parsley

150 milliliters semi-skimmed milk

2 whole-wheat rusks

400 grams green beans

100 grams of mushrooms

2 tablespoons liquid margarine

Preparation
- Peel the potatoes. Boil the potatoes in a little water for about 20 minutes.
- Clean the onion. Chop a piece of onion very finely and the rest into small pieces.
- Drain the tuna.
- Mix the tuna with the finely chopped onion and 1 small cooked potato and season with the lemon zest, finely chopped parsley and some pepper. Add some milk if needed to make it a cohesive mixture.
- Finely chop the rusks.
- Shape the fish mixture into 4 flat discs and roll them in the biscuit crumbs.
- Clean the green beans. Boil the green beans in a little water for about 10 minutes.
- Bake the fish cakes in the hot margarine hot and brown for 10 minutes.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. In the last few minutes, fry the rest of the onion and mushrooms with the fish cakes.
- Bring the milk to a boil.
- Mash the rest of the potatoes and make a puree with the hot milk, pepper and nutmeg.
- Serve the fish cakes with the green beans and the mashed potatoes.
