400 grams mixed red fruit (frozen)

125 ml unwhipped cream

100 grams white meringues (protein meringues)

4 mint leaves
Preparation
Let the fruit thaw. Puree half of the fruit. Whip the cream until stiff without sugar. Break the meringues into chunks. Divide the pureed fruit between 4 glasses. Mix the whipped cream and the meringue chunks together and spoon this into the glasses with the whole fruit. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve immediately.
Tip
Do you only use part of a package of fruit? Seal it very well and put it back in the freezer right away. The taste and appearance are then preserved.
