The Hold-up theory, a documentary of nearly 3 hours, at the initiative of Pierre Barnérias consists in saying that the Covid-19 pandemic is a global conspiracy, with the objective of carrying out a “great reset” of the population . Around the epidemic, the documentary distills a lot of information, that AFP fact-checked. Results ? False !
A series of false medical information (already denied)
To start, Hold-up claims there was no flu in winter 2019-2020. AFP simply takes over the epidemic bulletin of Public Health France which reports 3,680 deaths from the virus. With a total of 1.25 million consultations for flu syndrome. Wrong, then.
If the main subject of the documentary revolves around the coronavirus crisis, the documentary also mentions other health scandals. For example polio vaccine in India, which is said to have paralyzed 400,000 children in India. This theory had already been developed and disassembled several times before.. AFP then takes the figures and explanations of the WHO to justify cases of paralysis of children following the polio vaccine, numbering 17.
The director of Hold-up denounces a ban on carrying out autopsies on Covid-19 patients. How is it then that WHO provides a precise guide for their smooth running, if the latter are prohibited?
A question of interpretation?
Everything is ultimately a question of interpretation … Because if we are to believe Hold-up, the Covid hotels, which welcome patients in quarantine (the example is in Canada) are transformed into “isolation camps”.
Ditto, when the “Great Reset” is mentioned. It would be, according to Hold-up, a replacement plan, in which social elites would aim to subdue humanity. However, if we look a little: it is in fact only a project mentioned by the World Economic Forum in Davos, the objective of which is to review the foundations of the economic and social system “for a fairer future and more resilient “in response to the current pandemic.
As proof of media corruption, Hold-up even goes so far as to assert that the boss of AFP (Fabrice Fries) would have been Emmanuel Macron’s promotion comrade at ENA. While the school website mentions them in two promotions distant from … 18 years!
