Lucie Lucas has been a hit for 11 seasons in the “Clem” series, broadcast on TF1 and she will be treading the Dancing floor with the stars from September 17. At 35, this mother of three children is a woman very committed to the environment. No wonder she was chosen as the face of the So’Bio étic brand. She and her small family have settled in Brittany, on a farm, surrounded by animals, and grow their fruits and vegetables. This summer, she answered questions from Top Santé about her beauty secrets.
What is your secret to keeping a toned body and a pretty figure?
I do yoga every week, and sometimes even every day, depending on the time. Otherwise, I pay attention to my daily diet, not for my figure but for my well-being. It took me a very long time to realize that gluten was not for me. I have the feeling that the gluten-free diet allows me to no longer have pimples, to no longer have daily stomach pains, to no longer feel bloated and exhausted. It also helped me to refine my silhouette, and surely to restore a certain balance in my body. I also try to eat little animal protein, lots of seeds and mostly fruits and vegetables from my garden.
A little advice for a healthy organism with superpowers: bathe in cold water whenever you have the chance, whatever the weather. Me, it gives me crazy energy!
And for beautiful skin?
I hydrate my body: either with the precious avocado-argan balm from Savondou, or with the Précieux argan universal cream from So’Bio étic. At the beach, I always try to bathe at least once and exfoliate with the sand.
Do you have a “do it yourself” beauty recipe?
Yes, the sublime anti-impurity and radiance mask concocted by me! The recipe is simple: peel and mash 1 pesticide-free tomato, add 2 tablespoons of organic, unrefined cane sugar, the juice of half a lemon, mix everything together. Apply to the face, leave to act and rinse when it starts to heat up (about 10 minutes). That’s amazing skin! Little trick, I always have more preparation than necessary for an application, so I put the surplus in the freezer in an ice cube tray… for the next time.
How do you take care of your hair?
Aside from when I’m filming, I wash my hair little, once a week, or even every 2 weeks or so. But in this case, I brush them every night so that my sebum is well distributed to the tip of the hair, that my scalp breathes and that my hair stays shiny. I use a vegan pneumatic brush, in vegetable rubber and bamboo, ideal for detangling without breaking and giving volume.
To wash them, I use organic verbena supple hair shampoo and organic Argan shiny hair conditioner from So’Bio étic. I sometimes alternate with moisturizing shampoo and purifying shampoo from Végétalement Provence. What I like about this pesticide-free brand is that you can buy your shampoo in a 1 liter format! As a result, it generates less waste and less transport.
Do you look at the composition of the products before buying?
Yes of course. I only use organic products or products made from natural ingredients and without synthetic chemicals. But I admit that I often do not understand much of what I read on the packaging. What I love about the new So’Bio étic packaging is that the scientific formula is, of course, written on the box, but that now, in front of each ingredient, there is also the decoding: this what the “scientific gibberish” really corresponds to… and everything becomes clearer!
Are you concerned about aging?
I don’t think so much about the aging of my skin, I take care of it and let time, life take its course. As for cosmetic surgery, I always find it more beautiful to assume natural, but I don’t judge those who need to go through surgery to feel more in tune with themselves. It is rather our society that should be judged on this… This society which, through the media and numerous advertisements in the service of the patriarchy, so often makes us feel that we are, somewhere, never enough of this or this…
