20 grams fresh parsley

1 clove of garlic

2 green peppers

1 cucumber

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons lemon juice

300 grams couscous

Preparation
- Bake the chicken breasts and cut them into pieces.
- Finely chop the parsley and bell pepper.
- Crush the garlic and cut the cucumber into cubes.
- Mix the lemon juice with the garlic and the oil.
- Prepare the couscous according to package directions.
- Mix the couscous with the chicken, bell pepper, cucumber, parsley and lemon dressing.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
