A revolution for child health monitoring!
The opinion of Dr Guillaume Marchand, psychiatrist and co-founder of DMD Santé
Connected health at the service of children is still in its infancy, but it is a real revolution. Applications allow better monitoring and sometimes help with diagnosis. Serious games offer a relevant explanation of the pathology and make it possible to acquire automatisms on a daily basis. As for connected objects, they make it possible to go even further in health monitoring. After toothbrushes or scales, we see the development of “connected clothing”: they transmit the actions and gestures of the child or baby on an application. Information relating to sleep or temperature is then collected and analyzed: something to reassure parents!
