1. Erase!
Use the same product as for your face and massage gently. The grains of the exfoliant refine that of the skin, which is then more receptive to restorative care. Rinse off with lukewarm water and dry thoroughly.
2. Heal!
Get in the habit of applying care cream to your hands every time you wash them, and not just when you feel tight! Remember that if washing helps get rid of germs, it leaves the epidermis unprotected for a few hours, its hydrolipidic film being removed by the soap. And when you have to wash your hands often, this natural protection does not have time to be replenished. The skin becomes more sensitive to allergens, prone to itching, eczema patches. A good cream? It is not only a treatment which “does not stick”. It is a product that softens and smoothes the epidermis, while protecting it from external aggressions. It is most often a cream rich in glycerin, a very effective moisturizing agent, and in vitamins: A to heal, E to protect.
3. Massage!
With a drop of sweet almond oil or cuticle cream, massage the base of the nails. Ideal for improving blood circulation in the extremities. Performed every day, this gesture makes the nails shine.
4. Protect!
You are used to doing it for gardening: also equip yourself with a pair of gloves for housework, even if not very dirty. Made of rubber ? Yes, but lined with cotton because they prevent the hands from heating up, dehydrating and the nails from softening.
5. Hide!
If you don’t wear gloves, apply a high protection UV screen to your hands as soon as you step outside … even in winter. This will delay the appearance of brown spots.
Our advice: the compacted formulas are very practical, because the sponge allows the product to be spread only on the back of the hands.
