November 23, 2012 – “We now have more doctors than ever,” said Jean-Marie Berthelot, vice-president of the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), referring to the study Supply, Distribution and Migration of Canadian Physicians 2011, made public on November 15. A revelation that seems promising given the current situation: 26% of Quebecers do not have access to a family doctor.
