Salmon brands to avoid

Not recommended for those with high blood pressure, La Vie Claire smoked salmon and Nautica smoked salmon contain too much salt. An average of 1.36 g of salt per slice for that of Vie Claire while the World Health Organization recommends 5g of salt per day.
