A nice fresh salad with a sweet taste because of the pear.
Ingredients

6 potatoes

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon oil

pepper
-
1 tablespoon unsalted peanuts

½ cucumber
-
200 grams of Chinese cabbage

1 pear
-
2 unbreaded pork cutlets

2 tablespoons liquid margarine
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes. Boil the potatoes in a little water for about 20 minutes.
- Make a dressing from the lemon juice, oil, 1 tablespoon water and some pepper.
- Peel the cucumber piece and cut it lengthwise. Remove the soft part with a spoon. Cut the cucumber halves into narrow arcs.
- Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut the cabbage into thin strips.
- Chop the peanuts small.
- Peel the pear and cut it into cubes.
- Pour the dressing over the pear.
- Mix everything lightly. Sprinkle the peanuts over it.
- Sprinkle the cutlets with pepper. Bake the meat in the hot margarine for 6 minutes until cooked and brown.
- Add the potatoes and coleslaw.
