On the occasion of the Flax Flowering, the Bleu-Blanc-Cœur industry is creating an event throughout France that will stop off near you. The general public is invited to come and discover and understand the importance of a collective approach aimed at preserving health, animals and the environment.
All over France, 10 farms welcome, from June 13 to 28, all those who want to understand the origin of the sector and the good practices of its committed and engaging farmers.
The Bleu-Blanc-Coeur Association organizes a sector-wide approach that brings together all the players in the food chain, from producer to consumer. It develops the cultures of flax, lupine, grass, alfalfa, which bring more biodiversity to the
our landscapes. These plants are also of nutritional interest and make it possible to better balance the diet of farm animals. Their products (meats, cold meats, dairy products, eggs, etc.) also help to nourish us better.

In the heart of the 8th arrondissement, Bleu-Blanc-Cœur has transformed La Maison de L’Aubrac (37 rue Marbeuf, in the 8th arrondissement) into a real ephemeral farm to allow Parisians, young and old, to discover the benefits of naturally rich products. in Omega 3!
