Carrefour Baby has recalled its thick “Sensitive” wipes for babies, suspected of having been contaminated by a bacterium.
Crossroads Baby recalled a batch of wipes thick “Sensitive” for babies due to potential risk of microbial infection. The manufacturer suspects the presence of bacteria Burkholderia, likely to cause infections, particularly in immunocompromised people and those with cystic fibrosis. The products concerned are packs of 72 wipes bearing the barcode n°3560071105624 and sold since last December. The lots are O7649, O7650 and O7651.
People in possession of these wipes are asked not to use them and to bring them back to the store for a refund. Families who wish to do so can call the Consumer Service for more information: 09 69 39 7000 (non-surcharged call).
