Orgasm does not always rhyme with pleasure or successful sexual intercourse.
If sexual satisfaction is very often linked to orgasm, it is because expectations are important, for both women and men. Beyond the pressure it represents, not all orgasms rhyme with pleasure.
Does having an orgasm necessarily mean feeling pleasure?
Believing that orgasm only occurs in a context of pleasure is wrong. Even during a forced relationship an orgasm (male or female) can occur and make the victim all the more guilty.
Some partners may also use sexual intercourse and in particular orgasm to avoid an argument or after insistence. The pleasure is therefore not there in all cases and can sometimes even be a source of stress or frustration.
A fulfilling sexuality even without an orgasm?
If orgasm is not always a source of pleasure, conversely sexual intercourse without orgasm can be. By favoring caresses, erotic scenarios, accessories, or other practices, it is quite possible to experience pleasure without necessarily reaching orgasm.
Knowing how to detach yourself from the performance that orgasm sometimes represents allows you not only to enhance yourself, but also to develop a better knowledge of your body and your desires.
