1/2 bunch celery

1/2 cucumber

400 grams leek

2 tablespoons liquid margarine

(smoked) paprika powder

1 large jar of kidney beans

1 red apple
Preparation
- Wash the celery and cut it small.
- Wash the cucumber piece and cut it into cubes.
- Make a salad from the cucumber with generous amounts of celery and some vinegar.
- Clean the leek and cut the vegetables into thin rings.
- Heat the margarine in a frying pan and braise the leeks in it.
- Season with generous paprika powder.
- Drain and rinse the kidney beans.
- Wash the apple, remove the core and cut the apple into cubes.
- Mix the kidney beans and the apple cubes with the leek and let the dish get very hot.
- Add the cucumber.
