Green beans, but different. Surprisingly with tarly, apricots and goat cheese. Healthy and delicious!

1 pack of tarly (250 grams)

800 grams green beans

1 bag of pine nuts (65 grams)

250 grams goat cheese

6 apricots
-
25 grams of butter

3 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
1. Cook Tarly according to instructions.
2. Clean green beans and cook for 8 minutes until al dente.
3. Lightly toast pine nuts in a dry frying pan.
4. Cut goat cheese into cubes.
5. Wash and cut apricots into pieces.
6. Heat butter in pan until butter turns brown, stir in lemon juice and let it get hot.
7. Fold green beans, cheese and apricots into lemon butter.
8. Season with salt and pepper.
9. Sprinkle green beans with pine nuts and serve with tarly.
