To reach this conclusion, the American researchers worked with 400 adults living in the city of Seattle: they were followed for a week and had to complete questionnaires concerning their lifestyle. The quality of their diet was judged on a scale of 0 to 100: above 81, the diet was considered “balanced” and below 50, it was considered “poor”.
Results ? People who cooked 3 times a week had an average score of 67, while people who ate “homemade” 6 times a week reached an honorable score of 74.
