Preperation
- Cut the avocados in half, remove their pits and skins.
- Cut the flesh into slices of 8 mm, then each slice into sticks. Lemon so

- Lay out a square of cling film on the work surface and place the slices of smoked salmon on top, overlapping them and forming a rectangle twice as long as it is wide.
