Prestige cars seized or confiscated in recent years will be auctioned in Paris on November 5, 2021. The catalog includes two Lamborghinis in particular, but these cars should be considered with caution due to a questionable history.
The National Directorate of Domanial Interventions, known as the Estate, has among other missions the valuation and sale of property belonging to the French administration. In collaboration with AGRASC (Agency for the Management and Recovery of Seized and Confiscated Assets) and for the 10th anniversary of this one, it organizes on November 5, 2021 a prestigious auction comprising several high-end cars. The program is simple, it is about:
“Deprive offenders of the benefit of their crime and allow the state to recover the proceeds of the sale.“
Several Italian sportswomen are on the menu for this sale. Most notable is a 2012 yellow Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 with 15,544 km (unsecured) on the odometer. Stored since February 2020, the car is of Italian origin and does not have a registration certificate but has provisional plates and a certificate of conformity. It will be priced at € 150,000. Until November 2, the coupe can be seen in the premises of the Ladoire breakdown company in Herblay, in Val-d’Oise (95).
Another Lamborghini will be for sale on November 5. This is a 2010 white Gallardo Spyder with a mileage, again not guaranteed, of 36,970 km. Its front bumper is missing and the discoverable, coming from Germany and stored since November 2019, bears temporary French plates and therefore does not have a registration card. It must pass a technical control second visit before December 3. The auctions will start at € 25,000. The Gallardo is currently at Distri + in Tarbes, in the Hautes-Pyrénées (65). To stay in the Italians, let us also note the sale of a yellow Ferrari 348 TS from 1992 displaying less than 80,000 km on the odometer, seized in March 2021, without registration certificate and reserved for automotive professionals.

Audi RS and a Mercedes-AMG GT
Obviously, a few (more or less) large German cars will also be on the menu, including a white Mercedes-AMG GT Roadster put into service in April 2019 and withdrawn from it the following November after having traveled less than 5,000 km. according to his odometer. The car is in the process of provisional registration for France. It will be offered at the starting price of € 75,000 and is currently at the Grisenti garage in Ibos, in the Hautes-Pyrénées (65).
A black Audi RS3 Sportback from 2017 totaling 23,670 km not guaranteed, seized last March and without a registration document, will be offered for a minimum of € 39,000. Pending the sale, the car is kept at the AD garage of Gérard Foulon in Rochecorbon in Indre-et-Loire (37). An RS6 Avant from the same brand will go on sale for € 31,000. Dating from 2015 and stored since February 2020, the dark gray station wagon has had at least one mileage change. Its history indicates that it had 45,137 km on the clock in July 2019, but the car is now showing 31,115 km. The car had been seized with a French license plate but it will be sold without a registration card. It is currently at the Spannagel garage in Freyming-Merlebach, in Moselle (57). A 2016 Audi SQ5 TDI, a 2019 SQ7 TDI, a 2013 BMW 430d Coupé, a 2019 Mercedes CLA 200, a 2018 GLC 350d but also a 2013 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S complete the German “collection” of this sale. Two English cars will also be taken, namely a Jaguar XF 2.2 L diesel from 2012 and a Range Rover Velar D300 SE from 2018.
A Traction for collectors
Unexpected in the midst of all these contemporary cars, a Citroën Traction 11BL will also be part of the lots. Registered for the first time on March 11, 1954 and kept since February 2016, today it has an unsecured mileage of 59,121 km. The car looks pretty good in the photos with the exception of two rust spots on the roof, and the ad mentions corrosion but also a ” unknown mechanical condition “. The car does not have a registration certificate but has its key and a crank. It is currently located in Cournon-d’Auvergne in the Puy-de-Dôme (63) and will be on sale for € 2,500.
