How to download the TousAntiCovid application for free?

The TousAntiCovid application allows the user to be alerted or alert others in the event of exposure to Covid-19. The goal: to break the chains of transmission and slow the spread of the virus.

The main idea of the TousAntiCovid application is to be able to warn – via a notification – people who have been in contact with a patient who has tested positive. Concretely, the application allows a user to know if he has passed a person positive for COVID-19, by means of the phone’s Bluetooth function. TousAntiCovid Carnet: register the vaccination certificate and negative test

The TousAntiCovid application has a section called “Notebook”. It is a kind of digital health record: it allows its user to have at hand 2 types of certificates : the negative test certificate (PCR or antigen) and the certificate of the vaccination certificate.

This health pass is required since June 9 (from 12 years old) to attend large gatherings of more than 1000 people, outdoors and indoors.

This July 12, Emmanuel Macron announced the extension of the health pass, due to the epidemic resumption.

Since July 21, the health pass will also be required to enter the places of leisure (including amusement parks) and culture for more than 50 people.
Since August 9, the pass is requested in other places: restaurants and bars, large shopping centers, hospitals, long-distance transport (trains, coaches, planes, etc.), sports halls.

How to save a test result or a vaccine certificate on the app?

1-Open the All AntiCovid application

2-Scroll down and go to the “Sanitary pass – open my notebook” section

3-Press “Add a certificate” => you must then scan the QR Code on your document (test result or vaccination certificate given on the day of your 2nd dose).

For testing, you can add the result of your test on the application by scanning the QR code present on the paper version of the result of your test result provided by the pharmacy for example. Another possibility if the pharmacy has not provided you with a paper result: you will receive an SMS or an e-mail from the SI-DEP portal with the instructions to follow to enter your result in the app: click on a secure link to obtain a password, valid for 5 minutes. Using this password, connect to the platform sidep.gouv.fr in order to import the result directly into the TousAntiCovid application. The paper version can also be provided by the laboratory or downloaded from the dedicated sidep.gouv.fr platform.

All AntiCovid Signal: go to the restaurant or the gym (QR code)

All AntiCovid Signal can be useful when going to a restaurant or the gym.

The TousAntiCovid application indeed integrates a reminder notebook digital called “TousAntiCovid Signal” since June 9, the opening day of sports halls and bars and restaurants. Remember, last fall, customers were asked to leave their contact details in writing to be contacted in the event of contamination of a customer present at the same time. From now on, if the paper version will always be possible, the digital version, AllAntiCovid Signal, is also possible and compulsory in certain enclosed places where respect for barrier gestures cannot be applied continuously.

The date and time of entry into the restaurant or gym will be recorded there. If another client and user of the TousAntiCovid application present at the same time as you tests positive for Covid-19 in the following days, an orange alert will be sent to your phone with a prompt for you to get tested quickly. If three or more people are present at the same time, then the other people who have been around this place will be considered as exposed and thealert will be red, with the instruction to isolate yourself and get tested.

Is the TousAntiCovid application mandatory?

The Tous Anti-Covid app works on a voluntary basis. It is not mandatory and can be uninstalled if the user wishes.. However, it is only effective if a large number of people are connected to it. Ideally, at minimum 60% of the population, according to a study by the British University of Oxford.

● Anonymity
The StopCovid application is completely anonymous. It only generates pseudonyms (ephemeral crypto-identifiers) which are not associated with the user’s identity. No one, not even the State, has access to the identity of the users.

● Transparency
The source codes of the application and the documentation have been released in open source, anyone can access them.

● Temporary
StopCovid is not intended to last after the health crisis. It is only a tool to fight against this epidemic and a regulatory framework has been set in this direction by decree.
