A former BMW dealership converted into a warehouse and abandoned for years, housing many cars including some vintage cars to be restored, can be discovered on video. It is for sale with the vehicles it contains.
In Tarragona, Spain, not far from Barcelona, a former BMW dealership, which was used as a warehouse by a car collector, is brought back into the spotlight by putting it up for sale together with that of the vehicles it contains.
Abandoned for several years and including a body shop, the place contains many vehicles from the 1980s, some older. This is mainly (but not exclusively) BMW. Between the years of immobility, the dust and sometimes the droppings of birds, the cars require to be restored even if some are rolling. This collection is home to a few nuggets.
Historic BMW V12s
Among the cars present are several BMW Series 3 type E30, some still equipped with their original battery. A 318is is among the best-preserved cars, and its engine runs according to whoever handles sales via Eurobimmerstock. A 750i type E32, BMW’s first V12 model whose rating could climb, now that the manufacturer stops the twelve-cylinder, is also visible. Some equally notable M models are included, such as an M5 type E28, the first of the name. V12 still, an 850i type E31 is in the collection.
Citroëns, Alfa Romeos and even NSUs
As noted above, not all cars from this former dealership carry the BMW badge. There is, for example, an NSU RO 80 with a Wankel engine, Alfa Romeo Alfetta and GTV6, and even a Citroën Méhari. Finally, many two-wheelers of various brands complete the fleet, motorcycles and scooters. No vehicle prices have been made public at this time.
