Windows offers only limited options for taking a screenshot. For that reason, there are many alternatives that offer extras, sometimes even in the form of screen videos. A relatively new star in the firmament is CloudShot. Prints the entire screen, a window, or a rectangle. So far nothing special, but the program also lets you record short animations in the form of gif files in this way. You can also annotate images and upload them directly to, for example, DropBox, OneDrive or Google Drive. You can of course also save locally.
