It’s irritating enough when one of the guests at the local meeting feels the peer pressure and decides to drift into the local McDonald’s parking lot (even if he doesn’t hit anything: crushed stone), but this takes the cake. On Highway 91 near the town of Bellflower in the state of California, a group of about 200 people decided to hold a meeting. Yes: on the highway. About 50 cars stopped in the middle of the highway and everyone got out. A couple of cars started spinning donuts. It happened around 1am and it took about 15 minutes for the police to show up. The officers managed to arrest only one person.
