The Peugeot 3008 is the best-selling in this segment and it is presented in 2021 with a new facies, following its restyling. Same cosmetic operation for the restyled 5008, Ateca, Duster, Granland, Kodiaq and Tiguan, which take the opportunity to modernize. The real new compact SUVs in 2021 (new generation model) are to be found at Cupra with the Formentor with a sporty look, Ford which presents a completely redesigned Kuga, Hyundai with the strong-styled Tucson, Nissan which revisits its Qashqai and Renault with the new Arkana at the SUV coupe look.
The SUV trend is electrification. In the wake of Honda with its CR-V and Toyota with its RAV4, other brands are switching to hybridization. And some models are even plug-in hybrids.
