Preparation
- Slice the lettuce leaves. Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Seed the tomato and cut the flesh.
- Prepare a bowl of just hot water.
- Dip the rice paper one by one.
- They will soften. Then place them on a clean cloth and dab them with another clean cloth.
- Garnish with salad, tofu and tomato.
