Celiac expert Lisanne Bosch gives tips and advice
Underweight, intestinal complaints, abdominal pain, allergies or intolerances: these are things that sooner or later we can all have to deal with. And then you have come to the right place with dietician and celiac expert Lisanne Bosch.
She gives people more control over their stomach complaints such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or celiac disease and gives practical tips for a healthy gluten-free diet. We spoke with her at the National Health Fair 2018 about gluten-free eating as a trend and about the difference between an allergy and intolerance. We also asked what is the best holiday destination for someone with celiac disease and whether gluten-free food is healthy for everyone.
Lisanne Bosch is an independent dietician and celiac expert at Nutritional advice Brabant and eat gluten-free for medical reasons. In addition to her ‘normal’ work, she spent six months doing research at the UMC St. Radboud into mapping and answering nutrition-related questions of young adults with cancer. In 2014 she started the research master Global Health. During this two-year master’s program she conducted research at the VU University Medical Center into the bone density of celiac patients.
