Both protectors of the body and suppliers of energy, the lungs are fabulous organs.
The respiratory system supplies the body with oxygen, which allows cells to function. The lungs also eliminate carbon dioxide, which circulates through the blood vessels. Their inner walls also form a first protective barrier against polluting gases and ambient dust. Pain, coughing, spitting are all signs of their poor health.
This is why, given the fundamental role they play in the well-being and health of the whole human body, it is imperative to take care of them.
Finally, it is important to consult your doctor in case of symptoms such as a cough that does not stop, breathing difficulties (shortness of breath on stopping) or even unusual tiredness. COPD, for example, is a respiratory disease that sets in slowly.
