Introduced in April 2021, the restyled Volkswagen Polo is available to order and will launch in September. The small German starts at € 18,015 at the entry level with an 80 hp naturally aspirated 1.0 engine, a slight increase in prices compared to the previous version.

Presented on April 21, the restyled Volkswagen Polo has already opened its doors to us for a discovery for a few hours. Today, it unveils its range and French prices. The city car takes advantage of this important touch-up to inflate its prices, which climb just above the € 18,000 mark.
The Polo from € 18,015
The Polo entry-level starts at € 18,015 with the atmospheric 1.0 of 80 hp. It is 755 € more than the Polo before restyling, which was displayed from 17,260 €. Associated with a five-speed manual gearbox, this 80 hp petrol unit is only available on this finish to play the role of the call price. For 840 € more, the 1.0 TSI (with a turbo) of 95 ch is available on the Polo finish as well.
Three other finishes are available on the restyled Polo: the intermediate Life, as on the big sister Golf, and the top of the range Style and R-Line. The latter have a similar endowment but are distinguished by their look: chic for the Style, sporty for the R-Line. The three finishes, Life, Style and R-Line, are respectively accessible from € 20,810, € 22,735 and € 23,610 with the 1.0 TSI of 95 hp. Versions reserved for professionals, Polo Business and Life Business, are also available.
From 80 to 110 hp … or 207 hp in GTI
On the engine side, the 95 hp TSI can be combined with a five-speed manual gearbox or a DSG7 dual-clutch gearbox for 1 € 525 more. The 1.0 TSI of 110 ch is only associated with a DSG7 transmission. It is available from € 23,115 in the Life finish and goes up to € 25,915 in the R-Line version.
The range of engines stops at 110 hp for the “wise” versions, corn the GTI variant quickly returned to the range. Now powered by a 2.0 TSI of 207 hp, or 7 hp more than before, it tops the range with its price of € 30,635 and its rich endowment. Entering production on June 24 at Volkswagen’s Spanish plant, the restyled Polo arrived in dealerships in September.
